order history

I have order history going back to 2003. If I want to view all orders between 2003 and lets say 2009, the way its set up now I have to click that custom date calendar ONE HUNDRED NINETY TWO times just to get the start date back to Jan-2003?  Why?  That is horrible. I got tired some time in 2013 and stopped clicking. This needs to be looked at and corrected.

The other issue is exporting order history. Once again, I have order history going way back and so if I dont feel like clicking a calendar link 200+ times just to set up the custom dates then maybe I just download all of my orders and then work with the data on my PC.  I cant. I can only download 1500 orders at a time. Once again, to be able to do this I would have to CLICK FIFTEEN HUNDRED CHECKBOXES because it wont allow me to click the full number of orders that I have made at GoDaddy. This ALSO needs to be looked at and corrected.

We are end users like you - GoDaddy does have some folks who monitor the community.

In the mean time one option is to use the API to generate the list  (https://developer.godaddy.com)

Here is the test string I just did

curl -X GET "https://api.godaddy.com/v1/orders?offset=0&limit=25&sort=-createdAt&periodStart=2013-01-01&periodEnd=2013-01-10" -H "accept: text/xml" -H "Authorization: sso-key [API-KEY]:[API-SECRET]" -o orders.xml

Then I copied the content of the file to https://www.convertcsv.com/xml-to-csv.htm

and I was able to get an excel file

While not a perfect solution it will allow you to accomplish what you are looking for.
