Re: refund the domain broker service

Hi @freemacme,

Welcome to the Community!

The Domain Broker Service is the only team that can cancel and refund a domain buy purchase. If you did not want this service and it was purchased in error, make sure you do not fill out any of the offer information on the domain. Then write to domainbuy@godaddy.com (as you've said you've done) and provide your account and invoice information, informing them that it was done in error. You will need to allow 24-72 hours for your request to be processed, as they are handled in the order they're received.

Re: refund the domain broker service

Hello, I Just purchased Domain Broker service by mistake and the great news is you can be refunded provided if none of the refund policies is breached. The most important thing is you must not make any bids otherwise once your Domain adviser places your first the bid, you won't be refunded as it is against the refund policies and please chat with go daddy agents so that they can tell you more. The earlier, the better, Goodluck.... I just got refunded
