How to enter Min/Max Offers

Hello all,

I've bought and paid this service to My Domain to buy back a domain and after I receive an email to enter Min/Max Offers, the link does not take me anywhere.

They state:

"If you don't set a minimum and maximum offer, the claim will close at the end of 30 days. The service is non-refundable.", but there's no option to put or write the offers anywhere in the panels!

I hope by now that you've figured out to make an offer. If not, here's more info on how to make offers on domains that should be helpful. Take care!
