Hi @Olexandr. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! The only reason I'm aware of that this wouldn't work is if you're trying to restore a backup that was created outside of our system. If you're just trying to restore from one of the backups you already created within the account, then it should work fine. If that's the case and you continue to have this issue, I'd suggest contacting our hosting support team so they can take a look.
