HTML, CSS and Javascript usage restrictions

I have a logo I coded with HTML and CSS. The parts of the code where I used hover and transitions, works. Another part doesn't and I can't get it to work at all. Is there a list of restricted properties and/or attributes?

I imagine the ones giving it issues must be the transforms, animations and keyframes. I made the logo in Notepad++ and previewed it, and it all works fine so I don't think it's my code. I even tried changing some id and class names for my div elements, and still can't get the transforms and animations to work.

Thanks

Re: HTML, CSS and Javascript usage restrictions

I doubt that GoDaddy even has the capability of blocking or restricting HTML, CSS, or JavaScript on a page. I would think it would have more to do with the browser, as there are still a lot of nonstandard usages in CSS. I do all of my pages by hand with Notepad++, and haven't had any unsolvable issues with any of these things.
