Thank you for posting. The first thing you'll want to do is end all processes to be sure you don't have one that's stuck. If that doesn't resolve the issue, take a look at all your plugins to make sure they're up-to-date. If they are, you may want to disable them all and then re-enable them one at a time to see if one of them is causing the spike in your memory usage. If you've done all that and are still having trouble, reach out to support to troubleshoot further.
