I have a sub-set of site users that all experience not receiving emails generated from PHP scripts throughout the site (contact forms, notifications, etc.). What they have in common is they all have some type of Microsoft-based domain email (@hotmail, @live.com, @microsoft.com, etc). All other users work perfectly and receive the emails with no issues.
Why are these domains being blocked from receiving my site's emails, and what is the fix?
Thank you for posting. This situation is one that you would want to reach out to our support team to troubleshoot. They can review your settings and the emails being sent to see why it may be that these emails are not making it to those addresses.
