Server is sending emails from secureserver.net not my domain.

We have a VPS server setup with Magento e-commerce and we are having a problem  with the notification emails getting sent to SPAM

I have already set up an spf record

It seems that  emails are getting sent from cpaneluser@sxxx-xxx-xxx-xxx.secureserver.net and the headers get updated  but gmail and other email servers send the email to spam or display a via

So what steps do I need to take to make the emails send as sales@mydomain.com instead of  cpaneluser@sxxx-xxx-xxx-xxx.secureserver.net and avoid getting the emails sent to spam
