Re: Site can't be reached error 500 Internal Error

I can see your site is working fine on Chrome for me.

Clear your browser cache and try to open it. Remember a 500 Internal Server Error occurs when you're our of resource limits. So if you find this error wait for a movement or 2 and you'll be back again.

Please give it a +1 and also click "Mark As Accepted Solution" if you find it satisfactory. Thanking You With Regards | Harry Parmar

HTTP ERROR 500

Hello! I host multiple websites on my hosting. A couple of them are

pslocksmith.com

pnwoffroad.com

As of last night, both of them give me the HTTP ERROR 500. When I try to check my error logs, it redirects me to godaddy help pages and says that I'm lost? Kind of annoying.

Any idea why this started happening all of a sudden or how to fix it? We have a big race event coming up and people need to access the site to be able to register for it. Thanks!

Lost error 500 in the Last 300 Error Log messages

Hi, I see a message about the error 500 in the admin panel of my site on Joomla after run component. In the CPanel "Last 300 Error Log messages" have no messages. Where I find the real error behind is the Internal Server Error 500? I have Linux hosting with cPanel.

web.config file causes Error 500

I have a very simple web.config file in the root directory of my Windows-hosted site.  It's only purpose is to filter certain IP address blocks.  See code below.

The mere presence of the file causes an Error 500 (Internal Server).  If I rename the file to something else like web.config.sav, then the site is fine.  This used to work, and suspect something was changed by Godaddy in configuring the IIS server and it now ceases to work.

Appreciate any insights anyone may have.  Thank you.

Re: web.config file causes Error 500

I have the same problem and need a solution for blocking IP addresses.

Thanks.
