WHY CAN'T I ACCESS MY SITE STATS!! No way to contact anyone and very pissed

I've been trying for a couple of weeks to load my site stats and I constantly receive a message that the servers can't be reached. I've just finished a 10 day Facebook promotion and have NO IDEA the impact. The fact that I can't get hold of anyone by email is disgusting and bad business. Somebody please respond.

I'm not aware of any recent issues. Could you provide the exact steps you were taking to encounter the error and, if possible, a screenshot of the the error?

You might also want to call Support so they can review your account in detail with you.

After minutes of the rotating loading logo I always get the error message.
