Website not showing

Hi,

I have a domain & hosting from godaddy. My site has not been visible from last 4 to 5 days. It is giving "This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later.".

Kindly help me out in resolving the issue.

The pages are available in the root folder of the website.

So that we can better assist you, can you please provide the following info?

 

  • What is your domain name / URL?
  • Have you made any DNS changes recently? If so, how long ago did you make them?
  • What type of hosting platform are you on? (Ex. GoCentral, cPanel, Plesk, etc.)
  • What is your hosting package level? (Ex. GoCentral Personal, Deluxe cPanel, Ultimate Plesk, etc.)
  • What type of website do you have? (Ex. GoCentral, WordPress, Joomla, etc.)
  • What type of error are you experiencing?
  • Please supply any error codes you may be receiving and please be specific.
  • What steps have you taken so far to correct the issue?
  • Please provide screenshots of what you see if at all possible.

Hey there again @amitssaksena,

 

This is definitely a DNS issue of some sort.

 

When I run your site through LeafDNS, everything looks setup properly. When I run it through WhatsMyDNS, it shows that you have multiple A records that it's trying to load. 

 

Essentially, the website is trying to go to two different IP addresses which causes the error you're seeing.

 

Correcting it might be as simple as a DNS cluster flush but you will have to call into phone support or chat support for further assistance as I don't have access to GoDaddy systems.
