Removing sign in option from menu bar

Hi. I have inadvertanelty put a sign-in option on my top menu bar. How do I remove it? I can't find the option for love nor money. Thank you.

Were you able to resolve your issue with Customer Care on your website builder. It sounds like you have activated the membership option or created a private page. A private page would have to be created before you add members, but both functions could trigger a sign in for your visitors.
