    jetpack update 7.4.1 problem

Good day, I updated jetpack to version 7.4.1. The update was unsuccessful and crashed my website. Managed to restore and now trying to uninstall jetpack but get the following message:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Warning: require_once(/home/content/n3pewpnaspod01_data06/70/3016870/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/lib/class.media.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/n3pewpnaspod01_data06/70/3016870/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php on line 25

That's a php error. It's basically saying something is wrong with the coding of the plugin and it's not compatible with your setup. You basically have three choices in this instance.

    1. Contact the plugin maker and see if they can provide you a correction.
    2. Contact GoDaddy and use the WordPress Premium Support option to have a dev look at it and correct it.
    3. Hire a freelance developer to take a look.
