Can't access Cpanel, phpMyAdmin, or primary domain, only sub domains.

So I was working on my website coding it one day and everything was working fine. All the sites were accessible and so was the cpanel and phpMyAdmin. Then I go to get on the next day to try and work a bit more and nothing works. When I try to get to the cpanel domain it pulls up a page saying the site doesn't exist. When I try to access my primary domain, washington-fbla.com, it just doesn't respond. All the sub-domains work perfectly though. I also can't establish an FTP connection through the primary domain, only through a sub-domains URL.

Hi @gpope08, thanks for posting.

Taking a look at the domain you mentioned, I didn't see that it had an A Record. To ensure the domain works, you'll want to check it's DNS settings and ensure that it has an A Record with a host of "@" that Points To the IP address of your hosting plan. You can use the steps in this article to add an A Record:

Taking a look at the domain you mentioned, I didn't see that it had an A Record. To ensure the domain works, you'll want to check it's DNS settings and ensure that it has an A Record with a host of "@" that Points To the IP address of your hosting plan.
