Change the Nameserver of a .de domaine

Hello All,

I registred a domaine "institutgifc.de" with GoDaddy and I want it to point to my own hosting space with an other company. I change the nameservers but then after few minute goes back to the default GoDaddy ones, how to solve this ??

What are the name servers you are trying to change it to - There are some restrictions on Name Servers with .de domains and if I had to guess that is the answer

I'm trying to use IMH ones :

ns.inmotionhosting.com
and
ns2.inmotionhosting.com

I can't see where is the problem ??

Ok - So I just checked and those 2 servers do meet the requirement.

Upon doing a google search I found the following.

The central registry for .DE domains requires that all name servers respond to DNS queries
 before they can be set to a .DE domain. This means that not only will your name servers
need to be valid, they will also need to be properly configured to serve your specific
domain and have diverse IP addresses associated to them.

Here is a link you can check with. This means that your domain is not in the inmotionhosting.com name servers which is why it keeps errorring out.
