What DNS settings can you not access - If you goto https://dcc.godaddy.com this should bring you to the domain manager which shows the domains in your account - there are 3 dots which you can click on and select Manage DNS
If the screen refreshes and kicks you back to the list of domains try
https://dcc.godaddy.com/manage/YOURDOMAINHERE/dns
