The website I created is hosted on GitHub Pages. GoDaddy's forwarding with masking the url is not working. Is there a way for me to fix this so that you do not see my GitHub pages URL? Perhaps something I can do within GitHub's platform or in my website's HTML code? When I click on my GoDaddy URL, I goes to my site, but the URL changes to (e.g.) https://myname.github.io/website/
GoDaddy tech support has told me many different things: that the masking reverts back after they try to turn it on, that they just needed to add a title, description and keywords, etc. Nothing's worked. Please let me know how I can make it so my GoDaddy URL is the only one that is seen! Thank you.

Hi @chayabelle. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! It's possible that there is a redirect within GitHub that is preventing the masking. Some companies/websites do this because they do not want the content of the site used in this way. If that's the case, then nothing you do on this end will make a difference. I'd suggest adding the custom domain using GitHub's instructions. That would probably be a better way to get things working anyway.
