Unwanted Domain Auto-Renewed Despite It's Set to Off

Hi Godaddy,

 

I had set a domain not to auto-renew because I don't want that domain anymore. I am sure, I did that. But it automatically renewed and godaddy charged $31.67. It's unbelievable. Can you help with that? 

 

Today your chat is off. I tried calling, but nobody answers.

@usmanabbas If the domain auto-renewed then it was set to auto-renew. Contact Godaddy support with your receipt number to have it refunded.

Sir/ma, I'm actually having a great problem regarding my Go daddy account.
An amount of money was deducted from account some hours ago after receiving
a credit alert from my parent. Actually, the money is for my school extra
curricular fee. And unfortunately, you've deducted from it leaving a penny.
And the most surprising fact about it it that I ddnt opt for any of your
service. You can verify that by checking my two account I'm having with you

Thou your brand message me some days ago that one of the domain I bought a
while ago will be renewed soon(freenews.today). But I've deleted the domain
since it's of no use toe again. I initially registered the domain name in
order to apply for AdSense and they've declined the site ads approval. And
even if I want to change back the settings not to renew, it's no more on my
product dash board again. So what else do you want me to do.

Please help me to refund my money back. That's the last amount I'm having
in my account that I actually want to use to pay my extracurricular school
fees pls!! They won't rusticate your offsprings from their school
please!!!!! Please!!!!!

this happen to me, already turn off auto rewew, but they still go to renew my domain.
