Hi
I bought a new domain (autoreplyservice.com) and then made cname to move it somewhere else, but it didn't work, did I make a mistake?
Solved! Go to Solution.
What you setup was autoreplyservice.com.autoreplyservice.com to go to wl.chatfuel.com
I would delete the cname you added and in the lower right side of the DNS manager is the forwarding feature that is what you will want to use

In that case you would change the www cname to where you want to forward to and set up the GoDaddy forward to go to the www
Otherwise if you go to your domain without the www it will hit the parked page whereas with will do the cname
This is actually a recommend method by some blog sites
So step 1) Set WWW cname to point to 3rd party system
Step 2) Set forward to go to www.domain.com

Just for clarity...
Remove.

CNAME | autoreplyservice.com | wf.chatfuel.com |
CNAME | www | @ |
Add..
Type | Host/name | Points to/value |
CNAME | www | wf.chatfuel.com |
As noted by @PL281 this would setup www.autoreplyservice.com so you would need to forward the bare domain autoreplyservice.com to the www version.

@muhannad9999 It looks like the domain is still parked, this should have changed when forwarding was activated. Try turning the forwarding off and then back on again, if there's a box to update domain settings make sure it's checked.
