subdomain forwarding moving from one website provider to a new one and need to forward subdomains.

Domain az-os.com was hosted by a previous website developer that created 20 subdomains like subdomain1.az-os.com. Each subdomain was particular to an individual.
My new website provider created a website for azns.com and did the ubdomains of subdomain1.azns.com with a different subdomain for each of the 20 individuals.
We can redirect the site az-os.com to domain azns.com but want to understand if it is possible to have the subdomains1.az-os.com directed to the new subdomains: subdomain1.azns.com.
We have muliptile marketing channels pointing to the subdomain1.az-os.com sites and need to understand if this is possible to address.

So, Is there a way to do this? Forward the old subdomains to a new site and subdomains.

What would I tell me website provider?

Yes, if the old domain is using GoDaddy nameservers you can find domain forwarding and subdomain forwarding underneath the section for DNS settings.  You'll need to add a 301 redirect for each subdomain individually.
