unable to add A record

Hi all,

 

I am unable to add an A Record which I need to do to point my domain to my server on cloudways. Any help would be wonderful.

 

I get the error: An unexpected error occurred. If this issue continues, contact support.

 

So I assume I need to get in touch with support but no one seems to be available!

Can you post a screen capture of your DNS manager - usually this is because there is an existing record that needs to get modified or removed first.
