Amazon SES email service for my website

I am trying to use amazon SES email service for my website appsdiversity.com and it is erroring out saying: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions 54.221.247.194:587 . What should I do?

How can I submit a ticket in godaddy support i.e Kindly allow our application to use port 587 for sending emails

Checking a previous thread on this topic, someone from GoDaddy stated:

 

"Based on that error, I would guess you are in a shared hosting environment. As such, you wouldn't be able to send email using an external mail server like Gmail or Outlook."

 

Amazon SES is an external mail.  Check out that thread to see if there is anything there to help you out. 

 

GoDaddy doesn't have support tickets -- just phone and chat. I would contact them to determine your options.
