Re: Can't Receive Email at all

Hi @Steve77

Welcome to the Community!

There are two things you can check to see why your email may not be receiving.

You did not mention the domain used for the email (...@what?). Be sure the domain is active and not expired. Expiration will allow for sending for a short time, but the MX records will not function for receipt.

Second, check to be sure those MX records are setup correctly.

Below is a link to an article that can help you managing the records required to make your email function properly. There is also a link within the article if you are seeing an error of "Pending Setup:Mx Error" next to your email address.

Re: Can't Receive Email at all

I have same situation: can send (from Webmail) but not receive at all.

I set up the MX records as suggested in the link (https://my.godaddy.com/help/checking-and-managing-my-mx-records-7590) but did not get any improvement at all.

BTW: When I send a message to an address in my domain @stg.com.co, I get of course a reply saying that the email address is not existing:

Can you please tell me what EXACTLY should I set up in the DNS records, so that it works?

Thanks!
