Cannot send or receive email with Charter.net emails
I have contacted Charter and they say it is not an issue from their end but a configuration with our domain host. To be more specific, I am using Outlook for email that cannot send or receive to Charter.net emails
Error Message reads
#554 5.4.4 SMTPSEND.DNS.MxLoopback; DNS records for this domain are configured in a loop ##
Without knowing your domain to check the DNS, it's hard to say what might be the issue. If you follow up with your domain name and what email service you were using, a member of the Community might have a suggestion for you.
