Contact form not sending email

Hi,
i have some problem with my wordpress site contact form. I used contact-form-7.
when i use gmail or any other mail its work fine. But when i use my domain mail support@example.com i have some issue. Form notify me email send successfully but i don't found any email  in any folder. what can i do now? please help me.

after i try this i got new issue. when i send an email from gmail account to support@example.com sometimes its says "Server not found " 😞

hey.. Something is happening. For the first time i get an email using my contact form just 2 minute ago. But i think its not working properly yet. Because  when i get first mail after that i send 5 mail using my contact form. but get one. other four mail don't show in any folder. Now what is your suggestion?

Am i delete : MX @  mailstore1.secureserver.net (Priority: 10) ? if yes, is it that one i set on max entry or its in DNS record?

Now, yes, delete that MX record from your dns records and see if that works in a few minutes

@jpablo  go-daddy send me a mail with login url. I use that url for login. i also check it from mack mail app.

If you send an email to youraccount@example.com from your gmail address, do you get an error?

no error while i send email from support@mydomain.com to my gmail account.

DNS record is a big list of 2 page. how can i post it?? is screen shot ok??

@stupid_coder and what about when you send from your gmail to support@yourdomain.com? Do you get an error there?

when i send email from my gmail to  support@yourdomain.com sometimes it show an error but not all the time.And this error show up from when i change mx record. the error message is "Address not found, Your message wasn't delivered to support@yourdomain.com because the address couldn't be found".

@stupid_coder please try this for me, would you delete this record from your dns?

 

TXT            admin     v=spf1 a mx ptr include:secureserver.net -all

done. i deleted it.

@stupid_coder well, now wait some minutes, and try to send an email to support@yourdomain.com to check if it works.

I also noticed that one your A records (properly meao) points to a different IP. Is that on purpose? or a misconfiguration?

OK.. I'll try after 10 min. and i have no idea with this IP address. i didn't change it and don't know why it is different.

same problem form not working yet .

@stupid_coder now try deleting:

MX @  mailstore1.secureserver.net (Priority: 10)

And check again in a few minutes, please
