E-mail Delivery problem

Hello Everyone,

 

I have a domain registered with NameCheap and I have GoDaddy hosting connected with it.

Everything was working perfectly as of today.

 

Email that I have created in c-panel: info@*******.net is official email, and I have sent and received emails these days without any problems.

 

From today I keep getting e-mail back when I try to send one:

 

Mail Delivery System

Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

 

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

   host *** hidden***
   SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
   552 5.2.0 PlpFfHKdwVLjG :: CPANEL :: Message rejected for spam or virus content ::
   Please include this entire message when contacting support ::
  etc etc etc....

 

I never sent any viruses and used this email to contact potential customers and replied them back.

I only use softwares within my MacBook (Mail app) and my phone (iOS mail software).

 

I am from country that isn't supported by call, so I don't have any other place to get help. I hope someone has knowledge and time for this problem to help me out.

I am also facing the same problem.

The Godaddy should be solve it quickly as possible.

Hi @CroBlade, thanks for posting.

The error message in the bounceback states that the email was rejected due to spam or virus content.

You will need to revise the content of the email, I suggest removing any attachments and domains/links from the email, and try sending it again. If you continue to have trouble, further revisions might be necessary.
