I created email aliases for my business today, but sending email to them from gmail I get a failure notice that "Your message couldn't be delivered because the remote server is misconfigured. Recipient address rejected, access denied."
I can email them from my business email, but gmail won't work.
My first question for you is what email service are you using - is this GoDaddy WorkSpace / Office 365 / mail on a cPanel Server??
Additionally, are we talking an email alias like john@domain.com and jon@domain.com
or a domain alias john@domain1.com vs john@domain2.com
Once you reply to these questions, I can help you along.
Philip

Looks like office 365 from go daddy, purchased thru go daddy, there's just a link to add email alias's. So using the same domain just creating alias's like info@
