I use outlook 2016 on a machine running windows 7. My godaddy email is configured using IMAP to load 24 months but its only populating exactly 1000 most recent (new one comes in, drops the last).
I have tried changing and tweaking all sorts of settings with no luck. It has always loaded last 24 months of emails with no issues. Does anyone have a clue what's causing this? Any and all input greatly appreciated!
