Host email service for other company registered domain

Hai,

With Godaday, I have already domain paradisehts.com and have Web Hosting-Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel(Europe Datacenter) and I have Office 365 Email for paradisehts.com, with one email address.
Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel it for multiple domain, Am I right?

 

now I registered paradisehts.ae in UAE, I want to setup a email server for that paradisehts.ae like admin@paradisehts.ae in Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel.

 

I did following configurations,

GoDaddy:

Created Addon Domains paradisehts.ae, then created email address admin@paradisehts.ae

automatically, DNS records were created, paradisehts.ae DNS Only (Off-site).

change MX as followed.

mx @ mailstore1.secureserver.net (Priority: 10)
mx @ smtp.secureserver.net (Priority: 0)

then created email address admin@paradisehts.ae and sales@paradisehts.ae

 

then in paradisehts.ae registered Domain Registrant's portal ,

mx paradisehts.ae. smtp.secureserver.net (Priority: 0)

mx paradisehts.ae. mailstore1.secureserver.net (Priority: 10)

I can able to do

  1. 1. But I can able to open both email addresses in the cPanel WebEmail https://n1plcpnl0058.prod.ams1.secureserver.net:2096
  2. Send and receive between same domain from admin@paradisehts.ae and sales@paradisehts.ae
  3. Able to send email from admin@pardsiehts.ae to outside domain, I able to receive in gmail...

I can't able to send to

  1. admin@paradisehts.ae to sales@paradisehts.com  I received following email

  2. I can't send to paradisehts.ae (admin@paradisehts.ae) from out side like gmail account or even from paradisehts.com

Thank you for your post. Seems that you followed the steps properly but will need to make a few adjustments to the DNS 

 

The following MX records are for a Workspace email (separate from cpanel)

smtp.secureserver.net 

mailstore1.secureserver.net

 

To route email through cpanels email servers the following DNS will be needed

 

A records:

Host = mail

Points to = *I.P. of cPanel hosting* 

 

CNAMEs

Host = webmail

Points to = @  

 

( This record may also be created as an A record if the I.P. for the @ A record is not the same as the cPanel) 

 

MX record:

Host = @

Points to = mail.paradisehts.ae

Priority = 0

 

If I remember correctly, to access the webmail gateway for cPanel email would be the following format once the DNS has been adjusted:

 

http://paradisehts.ae/webmail

Thank You for the information, now its work fine between gmail and paradisehts.ae.

 

But I can't send or receive or send between

cPanel Email (paradisehts.ae) and Outlook 365 (paradisehts.com)

 

when I sending from Outlook 365 (paradisehts.com) following message

Hi @paradisehts

 

One thing I noticed when doing a DNS dig of paradisehts.com is that there is an A record of:

Host = Mail

Points to = 160.153.16.49

 

Which if I am correct is a cPanel I.P. . Thant may be causing the emails to route improperly to the cPanel. Because you are using office 365 for the .COM , be sure to remove any unneeded mail routing DNS from the .COM . 

 

Unfortunately I don't have access to the complete zone file so it will be hard to determine if there are others that need to be removed as well. 

 

You may want to have the DNS reviewed by one of our phone support agents and they can help double check that all the DNS is proper.

Thank you for the response and apologies on the late reply. After review of the DNS it seems only the "Mail" A record for paradisehts.com will need to be removed. everything else seem proper. 

 

Are you still having issues with the mail delivery? If so, do you receive any bounces?  If you do not receive bounce but st`ill do not receive mail, are you familiar with preforming a message trace in the Office 365 exchange admin center to see if the emails are routing to the server on Office 365?
