Hello , I hope you are doing well. In your cPanel dashboard, go to: Email > MX Entry > [select the associated domain] > Check to see if "Local Mail Exchanger" or "Remote Mail Exchanger" is selected.

You can also follow these settings;

  1. Go to Configure Mail Client > Manual Settings > in Incoming Server  and Copy server
  2. Secure SSL/TLS Settings not end in your domain
  3.  Go to MX
  4. Select your domain Add New Record
  5. Paste it in Destination

  6. Click on add new record and test it

@sararahgozar

In addition to what @ZulWeb  about the Local Exchange settings - (and we are both assuming you are using your cPanel account for your email)

You'll also need to go to https://dcc.goaddy.com then click on the 3 dots next to your domain and select manage DNS you'll want to add an A record  with a host of mail points to 107.180.12.15  with a TTL of custom / 600.

Then you should remove the MX record that has 0 and smtp.secureserver.net

and change the mailstore1.secureserver.net to mail.studioquadrant.com and change the TTL to custom / 600

Solution

Re: I can send emails ,but i have the problem with receiving

Congratulation,finally I solve'd the problem with the guidance of this two nice users above,

besides i wanna add some helping points for  the one's may have the same problem using Cpanel Emails:

as @ZulWeb  says you have to go to Configure Mail client in order to find the Incoming mail server address

helping1.png

and then in your c-panel going to Email Routing Item and add The MX in the new zone editor just like below pictures:

helping2.png

and @PL281 also suggests to add DNS of Email

You'll also need to go to https://dcc.goaddy.com then click on the 3 dots next to your domain and select manage DNS you'll want to add an A record  with a host of mail points to 107.180.12.15  with a TTL of custom / 600.

Then you should remove the MX record that has 0 and smtp.secureserver.net

and change the mailstore1.secureserver.net to mail.studioquadrant.com and change the TTL to custom / 600

the point here is usually you have this DNS in List and you just need to Modify it and remove the the other one,

and don't forget to put your Email routing option to Recommended after this changes just like the below picture:

congrats,You are  now solving your problem.
