Hi, I have just switched hosting from Bluehost to SiteGround and am trying to update my MX domain records. I'm following both the instructions on Siteground and GoDaddy. However, when I go into my DNS management it shows
"We can't display your DNS information because your nameservers aren't managed by us."
Anyone know how I can update them? I have sent a test email and it went to the new email address I just set up on SiteGround rather then the previous Bluehost one.
Thanks

So it sounds like your DNS was (perhaps still is) on Bluehost - If this is the case you can either switch them to use the default GoDaddy DNS and then make the updates within GoDaddy or point them to the SiteGround DNS (which you may have done) and then you manage the DNS within their system

Great, thanks for that @PL281. I had already updated to the SiteGround DNS, but misunderstood the instructions. I assumed they meant I had to change the MX records in the registrar account. I've now created new records at SiteGround. 😁
