Migrated to GoDaddy Office 365 from a shared Exchange service 2 weeks ago. Since then, the Advanced Find in my Outlook 2013 cannot find anything in any of my folders. Icon spins and spins and spins, never times out, but also never comes up with a single hit.
Similarly, on the To-Do bar at the right of the Mail page, the display of upcoming calendar appointments is either blank, or after spinning interminably, informs me that there are no upcoming appointments, even though switching to the Calendar page shows them all.
Sorry to hear about the issues you've been experiencing with your recent transition to Office 365. Have you tried reaching out to our live support so our teams can help investigate what is causing the continued spinning?
Noticed you mentioned still using Outlook 2013. Try downloading and using the new Outlook 2016 client that should also be available as part of your Office 365 plan.
