We have multiple email accounts setup with GoDaddy Office 365 but one of them keeps failing to authenticate and we need to reset the password, this happens on roughly a weekly basis. Once we change the password everything works fine for a week or so and then the same issue applies.
We are currently using Outlook installed on a Windows PC plus an iOS device and an Android device to view the emails for this account.
Anyone any ideas on what we need to do to stop this happening?
Thank you for posting! I'm sorry you're having this problem. Is this happening in all of the places you check email or is it specific to one of the clients or devices? I recommend reaching out to our support team to troubleshoot this though. That's not normal behavior.
