For the past few months, emails in my Outlook 2016 for PC from Godaddy are severely delayed, sometimes by hours. I have auto send/receive on in Outlook, but unless I manually send myself an email from within Outlook, the majority of emails will not come through in real-time.
In fact, many times when I send myself an email, all of a sudden 7 or 8 emails will come bouncing into my inbox. And when I get to work in the morning, no emails have been received all night until I send myself an email. This happens about 90% of the time, and I have not found a solution yet.
BTW, Microsoft (my office 365 account) customer support says that the issue is NOT them, the issue is with Godaddy. So, what is the solution?
