For about a week now I've been receiving the following error while trying to send/receive mail for one account in Outlook:
"Task 'email@example.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your name and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: -ERR temporary error'"
Despite having two accounts in Outlook with identical settings, only one of them is returning with this error.
On a whim, I changed the password and that did not help. Any suggestions?

Spent over an hour with GoDaddy this morning about the same thing. They have been inundated with calls over this issue. They are notorious for saying it is your problem now saying it is a "local cache" problem and having you delete cookies and browser history, which doesn't work. Then they tell you to contact your internet service provider.
This is a Windows/Outlook issue.
