The fact that you cancel an email account for a prior employee and still have TWO YEARS of prepaid email for that account, and they just KEEP your $$$ - is ridiculous - it's theft!! We will be researching other providers as paying a 3 year advance fee and then getting NO refund when you haven't used it all - is a rip off
While I understand your frustration, the details of refunds are quite clear with GoDaddy.
For most products, if you have an annual based subscription, you have 30 days to request a refund. For monthly subscriptions, you typically have 48 hours.This isn't an unusual refund policy at all and most companies follow something similar.
