Can someone help please.
Intermittently when I type and try to send an email in workspace webmail, a Godaddy popup appears and tells me to log in.
This is so frustrating when I have spent time composing an email only for it to disappear without sending and I have to type it all up again.
I have to try and remember to highlight and copy all of my emails before clicking send in case it happens. It doesn't happen all the time. But it even happens when I have only been logged in a matter of minutes.
Does anyone have a solution

Hi @PaulineG,
Some customers have been helped by updating your browser settings to allow you to stay logged in for a longer period of time. This usually has to do with the cookie settings.

This did not solve it for me. I've tried on two computers using different browsers on each. I've updated the software and accepted cookies with no luck. Any other suggestions?
