cPanel email deliverability problem

Hello! i can send emails from my cpanel account to hotmail account and also can receive/send between my cpanel accounts. But i cannot send email from hotmail/gmail/outlook to cpanel account any help ? 😞

Here is the error i receive from microsoft:

From looking at your MX record for your domain it is set that your email is on Office 365 - not on the cPanel account - email for your domain can really only live on one service at a time

As I mentioned in my original reply - Your email is configured to use Office 365 - This maybe because you selected to take a free account for a year when you got your product from GoDaddy - Assuming this is the case you need to go into the DNS manager and change the MX record from the Office 365 record - I recommend adding an A record for mail pointing to your cPanel IP address and then set your mail record to mail.YOURDOMAIN.com where yourdomain.com is your actual domain

Hello, my main purpose is i want to use these cpanel email account as workspace email account so i would be grateful if you can guide me for how to setup email accounts. Meanwhile, i also set my email on cPanel account(i actually created another email account) but i am still getting an error if i send it from gmail/hotmail/outlook. Here is the error i get.
