can't send emails

when i send an email using browser (outlook.office.com) every thing works fine and users receive emails. but when i send email using outlook or mobile app, i keep receiving this error:

i use the same IP to send from outlook and browser. please help me to fix this issue

From looking at what you provided...

 

550 5.7.705 Access denied, tenant has exceeded threshold indicates:

 

The recipient domain has added your sending IP address to its custom block list. The domain that received the email has blocked your sender's IP address. If you think your IP address has been added to the recipient domain’s custom block list in error, you need to contact them directly and ask them to remove it from the block list.

 

So I looked for the offending IP and in the info you provided:

 

X-Originating-IP: [41.190.11.200]

 

Is in fact blacklisted. As is the domain morexintegrated.com

 

Instructions on how to get removed from blacklists can be found at the above provided links.  Since that domain is on GoDaddy nameservers, you can call support and bring it to their attention so they can assist in getting these delisted.  Unfortunately, this could take from days to weeks.  Smiley Sad

Outlook not sending, requires credentials

Out of nowhere my Outlook e-mail asked me for my password to send e-mail. I entered it and it keeps asking and will not send e-mail. It receives e-mail fine, bu will not send. My webmail works fine to send and receive so it is not my e-mail account. I would just uninstall outlook and start over after backing things up, but I am using Office 365 home an can't find out how to do this.

I tried fixing the e-mail set up through account setting, ensuring the password is correct. That did not work. The only thing I get is a message saying that my login credentials were rejected, even though they are the same credentials used for incoming mail.

My outgoing server has not changed.Outgoing server is set at SMTP:465 using an SSL connection
