We have a Office365 account with our own domain. Messages arrive and can be sent just fine - except messages from services like eBay.
We have a number of senders where the messages just disappear, so I'm assuming it's being filtered. However the 'junk' folder in Office365 is empty.
This makes me suspicious because my work account (with also uses O365) has lots of items in Junk.

I would suggest you adding the ebay mail account to your mailbox's white list.
