email functionality from the external email address

I was having issue with receiving mails on my domain, so i involved the hosing provider at bluehost to help out with issue. It took about three days to sort it out and in the end they were making references to my domain registrar. I couldn't comprehend what the Ravi, the guy from bluehost was say but below is the mail he sent to me.

I have tested the email functionality of the internal mailboxes by creating a test mailbox 'support@ademediaonline.com' and sending the emails to the reported mailboxes info@ademediaonline.comadebayo.abdul@ademediaonline.com. The emails were delivered without any delay. If you are still experiencing the issue delay issues with the internal mailboxes, please get back to us with the complete header information of the delayed email so that we can check the logs on our server.

Regarding the email functionality from the external email address, I noticed that the MX records for the domain name 'ademediaonline.com' are pointing to the GoDaddy server over which we do not have control. Please refer: https://www.whois.com/whois/ademediaonline.com for obtaining information regarding the same. You need to contact the GoDaddy support team and seek their assistance regarding the receiving functionality from external address to info@ademediaonline.comadebayo.abdul@ademediaonline.com .

 

I would be glad if my issue is resolve.

I'm not sure if you've adjusted anything but the MX record is currently mail.ademediaonline.com.com

 

and it should be mail.ademediaonline.com
