pop3 requests unsuccessful

I have clients that use godaddy workbench emails in the last 24 hours the following ip's address 72.167.218.138 and 68.178.252.117 that belong to pop.secureserver.net do not respond to pop3 from an email application interesting enough i don't see any other ips out of the 8 on pop.secureserver.net just the two .

Super User I

Hello @tbathurst and thank you for reaching out to the community.

I notice no one from the community reached out. You can always give the GoDaddy support line a call. Is your client still having issues?

Hello Drew,

We ended up putting in a case to our secops team and force authorizing the ip's of godaddy. Last I checked they are still flagged by Threatstop. I did reach out to GD Support but then I was directed to abuse team never heard back. Sent two emails
