    That video is for a different company and different plesk. How do we do it on GoDaddy shared hosting under Plesk? Adding .htaccess did nothing - I think that only works on linux

    Login to you your plesk panel, go to "Website & Domains" (First menu in left panel) then select "ASP.NET Settings", there, in Globalization and Debugging change UI Culture and Culture.
