No option to install third party SSL certs with Basic Managed WordPress Website

Hi,

it's something really weird that as a user of Basic Managed WordPress Website, which I  bought for 2 years (with free domain name) I can't use any regular tools like cPanel to make the most important changes, like install SSL certificates.
It's something misleading in the service description, because at similar price I could have bought fully functional linux site. And godaddy want take another £100 for possibility of use the most essential and obvious service!
My question is: how can I change my Basic Managed WordPress Website for something useful?
I can pay some extra money but not for ssl certificates, just for  simple, common, bread-and-butter  feature like cPanel (or similar)?

The WordPress Hosting plans are on special servers that use a proprietary control center.  If you want to switch to cPanel contact support so they can move the credit over for you.
