SSL: Standard vs. Organizational

I'm looking at the different SSL options offered by GoDaddy, and I'm wondering if it makes any difference from a user perspective to get an Organizational SSL versus the standard SSL certificate. I understand the additional vetting that goes on with an Organizational SSL, but is the user going to know from visiting the site that this extra vetting has taken place?

Re: SSL: Standard vs. Organizational

Hi @CrouchingBruin, thanks for posting.

An Organizational Validation SSL lies between a Standard SSL and an Extended Validation SSL. It will list the Organization and other information in the SSL details, as opposed to just the domain name that is listed for Standard SSLs.

Extended Validation SSLs also offer the green secure URL for websites.
