Unable to set SSL certificate on Azure

Recently, my SSL is expired and it is reissued. When I downloaded it and try DigiCert.exe utility to convert file from *.crt to *.pfx. But I got below error "The private key for this certificate could not be found in the machine or current user key stores." So I tried to regenerate CSR and submit it to godaddy. But with new SSL certificate, still I got same error in DigiCert.exe. Now, when I am trying to regenerate CSR again on Godaddy, I am getting error on GoDaddy "An Unexpected Error Occurred:" I am submitting below CSR -----BEGIN NEW CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- MIIDDzCCAfcCAQAwgYMxCzAJBgNVBAYTAkFVMREwDwYDVQQIEwhCcmlzYmFuZTET MBEGA1UEBxMKUXVlZW5zbGFuZDEWMBQGA1UECxMNU29mdHNvbHV0aW9uczEWMBQG A1UEChMNU29mdHNvbHV0aW9uczEcMBoGA1UEAxMTKi5zY3J1bW11bmljYXRlLmNv bTCCASIwDQYJKoZIhvcNAQEBBQADggEPADCCAQoCggEBAPGiHdkutTevLSJrUfZd 0yv3WoboR8pPNBG9TnJCgtRiII+48aqIQjBwa/E7yh+byGMHmAZO0hVOsriuFo2z L0dxpUv8Nh0ZtQ9U7oZF7GXYyCDPALl23iN7OD1kFzxla/HRrsUZW2S5AH8gmp9U 0cTwaD4RaBCL7A0w4NpIyfcFSBdS65LhEOqCvUBMmUBd40t7B9Cz6KDNbn/v2sQy nST/5DKISXPbwyla4FhAfHPpxyIGsz/34H50vLe9F0UGvHkRt+QaulbNiyktnDHl 3EljVNJeTqNY7xyDtZLR0BUj0ONiymAZGEsU8h+YbEp5FXjH11+xRTOuvT3Qg3Ud tB0CAwEAAaBGMEQGCSqGSIb3DQEJDjE3MDUwMwYDVR0RBCwwKoIRc2NydW1tdW5p Y2F0ZS5jb22CFXd3dy5zY3J1bW11bmljYXRlLmNvbTANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQUFAAOC AQEAigYYmXyWHn30zgbNH3IY2gAqwr7HWvJ6PmMTZj/Fm2qBR0xk+Z4qAXBzWPzs 3bHsJNneVVKUIj0hWbl0+rgh7WZoZ2MF9bvyGJT+lDaL7colkmj6npyus2co+IiI AObGsD62AHa0RLljV6kkgGh4oCj0sAVjLVEKnuGiGFHuW8WrgVbnebQkqDgKxnbi 4IvxCZTaHLO+XTmT/qUYxXkctSkC4pCaHoUphHRiT9F7UkW/DmskasOLBsxNDXYW pqhVI3FaZBQ440ZEdxDGxiQLti12T48e5IQtwXKv8k3ECXkc+mQt5w6DuzJM49ou dtv+8jxpoCdfXh9kzKiL1RTk+w== -----END NEW CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- Can anybody help me in it?
