How do i change what the link box looks like when linking to my website on social media?

This is a super hard question to explain so ill post a photo and try to explain under. 

Whenever i link to my website on Social media it 1 shows my old logo, and 2 says Visit the post  f... where in the wordpress menus can i change this?

Thank you for posting. The way your thumbnail and description appears on social media depends on the meta tags you have setup for each page. You'll notice that it's different if you share your site with /tabletop added or without, so you'll want to be sure to modify these settings for each page.
