Managed wordpress won't install plugins: couldn't create directory

I'm getting this error message:

"Could not create directory. /home/content/p3pnexwpnas06_data01/62/3783462/html/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/

Plugin install failed."

This is a fresh managed wordpress install, so I am perplexed by this error.

Hello.

There are a few steps which you have to do::
1- Open your hosting account and go to File Manager
2- Open the folder where you have your site
3- go to ../wp-content/
4- select the folder plugins
5- go on top of the screen and click Permissions
6- set permission to 777
7- try again to install your plugin
