Plugin & Theme status is unavailable due to site customizations

Error "Plugin & Theme status is unavailable due to site customizations". My site is blank on both web and mobile. I cannot access WP-Admin or CPanel so I am unable to deactivate my plugins or themes. Anyone who could give a fix? Thank you!

I wanna recommend to Restore the back up if available.

If not, you don't have a choice but to deactivate it via FTP.
I use Filezilla a lot.

(On Filezilla Be sure to set Site Manager to FTP only, port 21/22  Host name as the ip of your site. passive mode on transfer settings)

Oo use File manager if your using a cPanel.
