Sandbox Cannot Reset or Sync

This isn't the first time either. Last time, I spent two hours on the phone with GoDaddy support and they did stuff on their end. Same problem again..

What exactly is the error message being encountered? Since you haven't given a lot of details regarding the issue, it may help to know more so other members can offer some suggestions. 

 

You did mention calling in before. If our support managed to correct it, then it was mostly likely a caching issue. If you're on a Managed WordPress account, you could try flushing the cache yourself to see if this corrects the issue.
